RIVERSIDE COMMUNITY CENTRE:
SS#4 St. Vincent (Riverside School) now Riverside Community Centre had 25 students when it first opened its doors in 1900. According to the records of a former pupil, the school doors closed in 1970. In that same year the former Township of St. Vincent acquired the old school house to be used as a meeting hall and Community Centre for the people of the area to come and enjoy. |

Ice Season runs from Thanksgiving weekend to the end of March;
Dance Hall rental is available-300 people maximum capacity;
Meeting Room rentals-50 Person maximum capacity;
Full kitchen facilities to accomodate both the Dance Hall and Meeting Room;
Arena Floor rental runs from April to October-either Daily or Hourly.

Two levels available year round for receptions, dances, reunions, seminars, etc. Upper level contains a maple dance floor and a large stage.

Memorial Park is one of Ontario’s few waterfront campgrounds. This picturesque park boasts 400 metres of shoreline, a picnic area, playground equipment and a snack bar. There is also a miniature golf course and woodland trails to enjoy. All of the trailer sites are either on Georgian Bay or a very short walk from Memorial Park’s very own beach. The campground has running water, showers, toilets, and full service hookups. There are 135 sites serviced with hydro and water of which 104 sites have sewer, hydro and water are open for camping from May 1- October 20th.
